Back to the basics.
When it comes to your personal spirituality, no one can tell you how to practice. There are hundreds of ways to incorporate what feels right to you into how you live your life. There is, however, so much value in learning the full traditions, ceremonies, and histories behind the basis of your practice. Taking bits and pieces from other religions is all well and good when you've actually taken the time to learn about where it comes from. Having respect for the people and their ways of life is so important when you are performing magick based on a different culture or religion. So this card is asking us to take a step back, and really delve into the fundamentals of our practice. Learn where it comes from and why it is used. This will strengthen your beliefs and answer questions that have been bothering you.
